Fairhaven Deck Build
This Fairhaven home already had a breath taking lakeside location, but its existing outdoor space didn’t make the most of the Wallaga Lake views. The owners needed a spacious, functional entertaining area, so we designed and built an elevated deck that transforms their upstairs space into a stunning viewing platform.
Using blackbutt deck timber, we extended their outdoor living area to enhance the liveability and value of the home, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. To complete the upgrade, we also improved the original downstairs deck stairs, making them sturdier and more accessible.
With this transformation, the property is now primed for seamless indoor-outdoor flow, maximizing the lake views and adding appeal for potential buyers.
